Nexusite Pulse exists to run your business finances — not to trade in your data. This page says what we collect, why, and what we never do. No legalese.
What we collect
Your account: name, email, phone, business name and type, and GSTIN if you add it. Your business records: the invoices, clients, expenses, inventory, vendors, and uploads you create — that's the product doing its job. Payments to us: handled by Razorpay; card and UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never touch our servers.
What we use it for
Running the product for you: your dashboard, PDFs, GST files, health score, and the reminders you trigger. Transactional email like verification codes, payment reminders you send, and support replies. That's it.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your business figures with advertisers. We don't send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Your clients' details stay yours.
Who else touches data
Only the services needed to operate: our email delivery provider (to send the emails you trigger) and Razorpay (to process payments). We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Where it lives, and for how long
Your data is stored on our own server hosted in the EU (Germany), with automatic nightly backups kept for 30 days. Your data stays available to you — including if you stop paying for Pro. Want an export or full deletion? Email support@nexusite.in and we'll do it.
